Goods of adequate quality

You may refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is received, during the transfer of the goods by the courier and after the receipt of the goods - within 14 calendar days.
The return of adequate quality goods is possible if its trade dress (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, cash and receipts (or other document confirming the payment of the goods) are preserved.
In case of adequate quality goods´ return, BOA compensates its cost no later than 10 days from the date of the receipt of the goods and your written statement. If the returned product was prepaid, the return of money is carried out to the card, used to make the advanced payment.

Goods of inadequate quality

Under the product of inadequate quality we mean a product that is defective and can´t enforce its functional qualities.

To return the goods, as well as in the case of claims to the quality of the goods it is required:

If the goods are of inadequate quality, provide the details of what kind of defect the goods returned by you possess. Also, when filling out the application form, please pay attention to the method of refund.
Carefully pack the item in its original BOA packaging, attach the cash voucher and sales receipt (or other document confirming the payment of the goods), labels, completed application form and a copy of your passport / international passport / driver´s license.
